We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the centre of the city and within easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was a nice touch. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered tours in-house, which made it easy for us to enjoy the adventure park in Divisadero.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Clean room, good location
The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. It had all the basic amenities we needed. , the location was convenient as everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. the breakfast offered was tasty and filling.
The Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent, making it difficult to use the internet. , the staff did not seem willing to offer any help or suggestions on places to visit or things to do in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city's main attractions, making it easy to explore. it's just a short distance from the adventure park in Divisadero, making it a great place to stay for thrill-seekers. the rooms are comfortable and clean with ample space. the bathroom is well-maintained with all the essentials. the staff is welcoming and eager to assist in any way possible. the breakfast is delicious and varied, making it the perfect start to the day.
The hotel's lack of backup power in the event of an outage can be troublesome who are left in the dark without any assistance.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice decoration. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions to the train station.
The Wi-Fi didn't work half of the time, and we had to ask the staff to reset it constantly. the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and low quality.
